The Company offers private services of professional assistance in the process of checking, fulfilling, and submitting the application form for obtaining the eTA to travel to Canada which includes:

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions have been created and shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force in UK.

Processing time

Your application will be processed and submitted within 24 hours before applying on our website.

fees

Upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your successful payment, you have directed the TRAVELCANADA-ETA.ONLINE data processing team to process your eTA application on your behalf. A fee of $ 49,99 is charged per applicant and includes the following benefits: application confirmation, application eligibility and error checks, and 24/7 email support and advice. We, as merchants, agree that cardholder accounts may arise directly or indirectly from our refusal to authorize transactions that exceed preset limits agreed between us and our partner banks from time to time. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in any way.

Withdrawal of the assistance services' provision and the application process

The cancellation policy for the provision of assistance services is as follows:

The Customer may request the cancellation of our professional assistance services in the process of checking, filling out and submitting the application form for obtaining or renewing the eTA form at any time, only if the request is made before we submit the application to the Canadian Government.

• The Customer may only request the reimbursement of fee for the professional assistance services offered by our company before paying for it on the government site, since, once paid, the Canadian Government does not refund them, under any circumstances.

Responsibility

The company will process the application using the information provided by the applicant. TRAVELCANADA-ETA.ONLINE not responsible for any incorrect information provided.

Will not be responsible if the applicant’s eta application is delayed, under review or denied application by the IRCC Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada; due to circumstances that are beyond the logical control of the company. Furthermore, in the event that the applicant's eta is denied by the government, the government will accept that neither the government nor TRAVELCANADA-ETA.ONLINE Care required to argue the reasons.

In respect to the professional help services that the Company provides in relation to the application process for applying to the eTA , the Customer Service will reply to inquiries, recommendations, and/or complaints. The Customer Service will also handle any reimbursement requests the Customer makes, if necessary under our refund policy.

Each customer's communications are carefully examined individually, thus every effort will be made to react as soon as possible and, in any case, within the time frame stated by the relevant regulations.

Before start responding to any request, Customer Service representatives may ask for the following: I the application ID that was provided with the email confirming the payment of our professional services fee and/or (ii) some of your identifying information in order to properly identify you in our information systems and confirm that the interested person who has contacted the Customer Service is or has, in fact, been a Customer of the Company, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data.
